Ratio's within a column by multiple dates

I could use some direction to solving a DAX challenge. I need to build a line chart that will show the percentage difference of male vs female at specified date periods. Q2 2019, Q2 2020 I'm able to get the ratio for a single date, however when I add a second or third date the calculation ratio divides by dates and not a single seperate date ratio like I'm looking for. How do I create a visual that will treat each male/female date point as a seperate calculation?

DAX can't be written in vacuum.
