RLS with two Dimensional Relationships

Hi Community,

I have a simple model like this:

RLS - table with Usernames, Join (contain either specific country or specific continent), Scope (only for informational purposes if its Continent scope or Country scope)
Dimensional Tables: Continent & Country
Several Fact tables: Data I & Data II

Problem here is, that I can't create relationship with both Dimensional Tables, because it causes ambiguity. I was trying to use USERELATIONSHIP, but this does not work in RLS.

Do you know how should I specify the RLS rule?

Would it be possible to have Country & Continent in the same table? With the Country being the key? Or do you have cases where single country is in 2 continents?

Thank you for the idea.
Unfortunatelly I cant create single table with Continents and Countries. (In reality I am having a different data, just model is same....continents/countries are here just to demonstrate)
