So sorry to say that now I am confused. In the last picture, John's ratio is 75%?

Then how about James? Is James's ratio 100%

Or, in AccountSTID #6, "John" and "No Employee Task" is misplaced?

I think I misunderstood the meaning of overall value.

In my calculation, the definition of overall value was,

(0+100% + 67% +0%) / 4

But, you want to show the overall like, assigned account(5) / total account (6) = 5/6 = 83.33%, am I correct?

And your second question is, in my opinion, doable.

If you can provide it with some sample data, I can try to look into it to come up with more accurate measure.
