I need to return average the field "%confidence" of the third highest value in quantity, and create rank for each word. Can you help me?

Hi, Steve. I will make three cards available on the panel, each with the confidence average, the first card with TOP 1 another card with TOP 2 and another with TOP 3. Also, i need to show a table only top 10, but solving the first case I will solve the latter.

Yes, third biggest amount quantity word, but returning the average of the field "confidence".

I loaded it into a power bi file and created this measure:

Top3Average = CALCULATE(AVERAGE('Table'[Confidence]),FILTER(ALL('Table'), [Total]<=3))

File is attached. I am really not sure if this is what you are looking for. Lets see..
