Conditional Format Icons based on actual Field values

Hi Community,

Is it possible to use a conditonal icons based on a acutal boolean data value.

For example my data is either True or False and if it is True then show an icon A else show Icon B

Please advise if this is possible

You can, if you change the column type to "Whole Number". This will evaluate TRUE as 1, and FALSE as 0.

then, select the table or matrix, go the the visualizations pane.

Here, you will see "Conditional formatting".

Expand this, and select the column you desire. Turn on "Icons".

Select Rules and assign number 1 the true value icon, and 0 the false value icon.

Thanks Steve, but under the Summarization drop down which do i use?

There is no option to choose Dont Summarize

If necessary, first, change the data column to "Whole Number"

Select the column in report view, go to the modelling tab, then under data type select whole number.

Then, you can select SUM, you will need to have the granularity correct in the table.

Otherwise, you could do something like "Greater than or equal to 1".
