Calculate Percentage Change on a Trend Line

The graph below shows progress over the past 6 weeks. I'd like to find out the percentrage increase/decrease on the trend line.

I'm thinking I may need to record some sort or weekly running total. Diff between week 1 and week 2, then week 2 to week 3 and so on, then average it out?
