&lt;P&gt;returns the distinct combinations of &lt;CODE&gt;customer[continent]&lt;/CODE&gt; and &lt;CODE&gt;'product'[brand]&lt;/CODE&gt; corresponding to &lt;EM&gt;existing rows&lt;/EM&gt; of &lt;CODE&gt;sales&lt;/CODE&gt; in a given filter context.&lt;/P&gt;
