Cumulative Total of Same Weeks Last Year

Hi,
I'm making calculations over weeks.
I have calculated the cumulative sum over selected period of time.
I want now to calculate the cumulative sum of SWLY (Same Week Last Year)
What I did does not work. Can you please help me.
