Difference between accumulated with currency conversion

At the moment, I am facing the following difficulty with DAX functions to create a specific measure.
I am analyzing expenses from several countries, so I need a conversion from these local currencies to euros. Additionally, beyond needing this conversion for each country, I also need a specific rate for each month. However, this rate conversion is not based on the month itself but rather on the accumulated value, the "Rate YTD." In other words, if I am analyzing February, the rate applies when both February and January are considered. If I analyze a single month, the difference between accumulations must be calculated. That is, if I want to analyze just February, I need to subtract the accumulated value of the previous month (January) from the accumulated value of February (January + February).
So far, I have the following measure:

This measure, for now, addresses the issue that for a given month, it will pull the rate based on the last month I filter. That is, if I filter between January and October, it will use the rate for October, but with the accumulated value from January to October.

So far, I have tried several formulas to create a function that, when selecting a single month, automatically calculates the difference between the current accumulated value and the previous accumulated value. However, up until now, I haven’t been able to achieve this, and only the function mentioned above works, but it doesn't calculate the difference between the accumulations.
With that said, how can I improve my current function so that, when selecting a single month, it calculates this difference?

This is part of the model display, but I imagine it’s enough.
Also, I’m not sure if it impacts, but the data segmentation I use when filtering the months is of the "between" type, to facilitate the dynamism when filtering the months.
