      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everybody,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is my first post.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a basic Employees Excel Sheet with two columns (Matricule, Annual Salary).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to calculate &lt;STRONG&gt;the salary above&lt;/STRONG&gt; which there is a percentage of employees. For example, the value of the salary above which the top 10% of employees are paid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you very much&lt;/P&gt;</description>
