&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Import the dataset into Power BI.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Add the customized&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Simple Waterfall&lt;/STRONG&gt; visual from the &lt;STRONG&gt;Get More Visuals&lt;/STRONG&gt; option in the &lt;STRONG&gt;Visualizations&lt;/STRONG&gt; pane.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Drag the &lt;STRONG&gt;Category&lt;/STRONG&gt; column into the &lt;STRONG&gt;Category&lt;/STRONG&gt; field &amp;amp; drag the &lt;STRONG&gt;Values&lt;/STRONG&gt; column into the &lt;STRONG&gt;Values&lt;/STRONG&gt; field.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Sort the &lt;STRONG&gt;Category&lt;/STRONG&gt; column by the &lt;STRONG&gt;Rank&lt;/STRONG&gt; column, this ensures the steps appear in the correct order.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Format Visual&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Define Pillars&lt;/STRONG&gt; and enable only the &lt;STRONG&gt;Subtotals&lt;/STRONG&gt; option &amp;amp; Adjust the &lt;STRONG&gt;Bar Colors&lt;/STRONG&gt; as per your preference for better distinction between categories and subtotals, turn on the labels as well.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>Waterfall Chart- Income Statement breakdow of stages</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am working on making waterfall chart like the one below.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;img /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to include subtotals, shown in grey, at each stage of the income statement calculation, from Revenue to Net Income.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me with ideas on how to achieve this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
