Add 'Percent Change versus last date' column in matrix

Hi Everyone,

I have a matrix where I display the balance at the End of Month or End of Year per country and I want to include the percent changes between Month to Month or Year to Year.

My table only contains rows for those dates that any activity happened so there can be weekends or holidays that don't appear. Becuase of this I can't use the CLOSINGBALANCEMONTH() formula. Instead I use the following measure:

End of Date Balance =

CALCULATE(SUM('Sales'[Balance]), FILTER('Sales', 'Sales'[DATE] = Max('Sales'[DATE])))

By dragging Country Code into my rows, Year and Month from Date Table to the columns, and my measure to the values I get the following matrix.

Now I want to add the percent change column after every Month or Year depending on which hierarchy level we are.
