Rolling 12 months and prior rolling 12 months based on date selection

Dear everybody,

i have calculated average discounts and margins by year and product.
I would like to toss years and insert two rolling periods of time to compare with each other:
last 12 months (T-12…T) and the prior 12 months (T-24…T-12)
How do i add a filter where i can pick a date and it would give me the rolling period strating from the picked date?
How can i make sure that measures are calculated on revenues from either acutal or budget but noch both at the same time?
