DAX to bring column from Uncommon dimension table and have multiple fact fact

Hi, In my semantic model I have two fact Table related to common dimensions and some dimension table are related to individual fact table. I am putting the screenshot of model for reference.

I need to build a table visual that will bring Selected Columns from all the tables in the screenshot.

I am bringing Centre table columns and wrote measures to bring column from both the fact table (Sale and Purchase).

Now, I need help to write DAX ,

1. that will pull a column from Usage Property in the above said table visual along with measures from both the fact tables and Centre dimension.

2. Secondly, Purchase table have Purchase Create Date Key which is related to Date table and is having Inactive relation. I need to display Month Name -Year (Jan 2024) by using the key column which is available in Date dim

Can anyone help me how I should pull these together.

Hi, That is not possible. If you can give some suggestion around by looking into the data model and the existing relationship, that will be much helpful.

Can anyone please help here. I am not able to progress on it and not even able to conclude even if this is possible to do it like this or this should be done in another better way.
