Create measures to calculate the results you want.

OVER 10 DAYS = CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT('Table'[tickets_id]), FILTER(ALL('Table'), 'Table'[date] >= TODAY() - 10))

OVER 30 DAYS = CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT('Table'[tickets_id]), FILTER(ALL('Table'), 'Table'[date] >= TODAY() - 30))
