Dynamic Filter - Switch Filter column based on Parameter selection

hi All,

In a table, I am using a Parameter for switching Row headers.

Pulling row headers from Column A when Parameter = Month

Pulling row headers from Column B when Parameter = Quarter

Now, I also need to do this with a filter applied on that table. So, I would want the filter coming from Column A when Parameter is month and Column B when Parameter is Quarter.

Is there a way to set this up?

Hi Aqua ,

According to your description, here are my steps you can follow as a solution.

(1) This is my test data.

(2) We can create measures.

Month = MAX('Table'[A])

Quarter = MAX('Table'[B] )

(3) Creating Fields Parameter and then the result is as follows.

If the above one can't help you get the desired result, please provide some sample data in your tables (exclude sensitive data) with Text format and your expected result with backend logic and special examples. It is better if you can share a simplified pbix file. Thank you.
