Hi Anonymous As you wrote " are not tagged to the user" - simply assign these values to users / your model definition and blank should gone, this is best practice. Sooner or later this blanks will create eventually biger issues to your model.

Hi Anonymous let assume that in Fact table you have some user ID and also in dimension table for users you have some values. If you inspect reason in your procedure or via import to not import blank rows, it will be the best as these rows to not affect your analysis / reporting so no need to import it at all.

One possible solution is to use Power query to filter out these rows - this should be the easiest for you if you can not access to IT resources or procedure matters.

You know the best your model for this part so think what is your best way dealing with this issue.
