Table(down) in Power BI

I am trying to do a DAX Calculation in Power BI - but it doesn't work like it does in Tableau and I can't figure out what I am doing wrong.

Calculations I am using in Tableau Listed Below

Table Down = Sum(Sales)/Total(Sum(Sales))

The result for the above calculation is obviously 1

I got the same in Power BI.

But there is an option in Tableau called Table(down)

After selecting as Table(Down), the values of Tableau gets changed.

How do I achieve this table down in power BI.

I tried to use Calculate but still I didn't get what I need in Power BI

I'm attaching the sample file here both tableau and Power BI for reference

asdf1608 What exactly does Table down do in Tableau? What is the calculation it is performing to get the revised numbers?

In Tableau the table(down) Computes down the length of the table and restarts after every partition.

For example, in the following table, the calculation is computed down rows (MONTH(Order Date)) for every column (YEAR(Order Date)).
