Dynamically pick reference date from a slicer and use it in a calculated column

I have created a date slicer -

I want to use the date picked by this slicer as a reference date. I have created a meaure and used it in a card. Which works perfectly fine.

Reference Date = MIN('Date'[Date])

I want to use this reference date in a calculated column. But the row context is affecting the Reference date.

Is there a work around for this?

Calculated columns do not interact with the filter context. This has to be a measure only.

I want to create something like this.

To get these columns I need reference date. Is there a way to do this?
