If-statement two levels same measure

Hello,

I am new to Power BI and DAX and i am hoping to get some help here.

I have a measure called resultvbudget, it just divides sales by budget. If i add this measure to either a table with seller or office it works and gives the correct value.

What i am trying to do now is create a new measure that first checks if the office that the seller belongs to has a resultvbudget>=0,8 and if that is true, i want it to check if the seller has a resultvbudget>1.

I want to add the measure to a table with only seller and then see a column with "yes" if both of the above are true, "no otherwise". The page will also be filtered to only show the current month if that matters.

The measure i have now is not working at all.

Measure =

Var officeresult = CALCULATE( [resultvbudget], ALLEXCEPT( 'calc_db users', 'calc_db users'[office] ))

Var sellerresult = CALCULATE( [resultvbudget], ALLEXCEPT( 'calc_db users', 'calc_db users'[seller] ))

Var yesno = IF( officeresult >= 0,8 && sellerresult >= 1, "Yes", "No" )

Return

yesno

I am guessing this is really easy to achieve if you are good at DAX, which i am unfortunately not, yet.
