Measure to calculate available resources and ignore the selected value

Hi All,

I am trying to create a resource calculator to help me find available resources that meet the roles criteria for a project.

The project will be selected from Table 1
The Roles and resourcing hours will be shown in Table 2
The Roles and the available resources will be displayed in Table 3

I have attached a pbix with all the data and measures.

I am unable to write a measure that will filter out table 3 to ONLY show the Staff names with available hours (so hours greater than ZERO).

Thanks for the reply! I am currently not at my computer. The sample data I gave was very simple. I probably should have made it abit more complex by assigning each resource multiple projects, instead of making the assignments null. I was hoping for a measure that would give me the availability hours for staff that have the same roles as the roles that are required to complete the "selected" project from Table 1. The staff can be working on multiple projects and can be partially assigned. E.g. staff has role Data Analyst and has capacity of 8 hours. They are assigned 5 hours to project 1 and 2 hours for project 2. So the expected result is that this staff member has 1 hour available for the role Data Analyst which can then be assigned to any project that requires the Data analyst role.

Can this be done with like a summarise or calculate?
