Dax for start quarter week in fiscal year to selected week

I have relative week numbers, and through scliers I have selected relative week. I want total sum of weeks from first week of quarter to selected week.

Please consider this is a fiscal week from Feb to Feb, and data is aggregate on weekly there is no any calendar table.

1. I have data of sales for every week. I am using fiscal calendar which start from Feb and ends at Feb.

Data contains Fiscal Quarter, Fiscal week, Fiscal Week Relative and Total sales. (Shown in attached table)

Fiscal week Relative column contains from today to previous week's.like current week has -1, last week has -2, last to last week has -3 etc.

2. Filters - I have one scliers which has Fiscal week Relative. And user has selected week -13.

3. Expected output - I want sum of QTD of selected week.

- User has selected week -13, and quarter starts from week -11. So I want sum of sells from week -11,-12 and -13 which is my selected week from Slicer.

- User can select any week so I want QTD from start of week to selected week.

Please suggested Dax to calculate Total sells of QTD (start week of quarter to selected week). Solution should be dynamic user can select any week.
