Counting Blanks in two tables

Hi there,

I have two related tables: Service Jobs and Time Confirmation.

From those two tables I have created this matrix:

My goal is to only have the TC OS = 1 (Time Confirmation) for each name (service jobs).

From this total number (amount of service jobs with 1 site visit), I will need to divide it by the total amount of service jobs, to get a %.

Does anyone have an answer for this?
