Power BI totals are zeros

All-

Not sure what I am missing but I see PowerbI totals is always zero. It is decimal field and I have sum the measures. Also tried various DAX calculations but none worked, Attached screenshot. Any suggestions is much appreciated

unfortunately the solution didnt help. Not sure what is missing. I ensured I am on latest desktop version, numbers are numeric and I dont even have a Dax calculation. If I filter on Account number the totals appear. quite strange.
