I am a little in a crisis about how to deploy or found a good command for reading a label between two marked characters of a tag

I have a text field, where generally is present somewhere the tag RCA_EN:<generic text># in this format

At this time I have deployed a formula able to find the tag "RCA_EN" in the cell but I am not able to find a way to read/print the value between the two delimiters
