Rest of the country .... let it be any ways (means A to Z or Zto A) .....but i need 1st bar should be India ... how we can achieve

Krishna,

To my knowledge (and some cursory googling), it's possible to create a fully custom sort order, but not to lock one value as always first while allowing the rest to be completely flexible.
