Error al descargar .pbix

Hola comunidad,

estoy intentando descargar un p.bix que se encuenta en un area de trabajo compartida, sin embargo me esta saliendo el siguente error

Sometimes this could be a transient issue. Have you tried to download the report to pbix file recently? If it still cannot be downloaded, can you check whether you can download other reports to pbix files from the same shared workspace? Does this report connect to a dataset that is in the same workspace?

I have tried to download the .pbix again but it generates the same error.

and in this work space i can donwload others reports, but this published by a person who is no longer in the company doesnt let me download, the data set yes has in the same workspace
