Latest Date of Inspection

Hi,

I am trying to have a column showing the lastest date of an inspection for a given project, but I cannot seem to return the right dates.

This is what the table currently looks like showing the dates of when inspections happened (green dots are 1 project, blue is another)

When I change the formatting to latest date, it changes to this:

Althought this is what I want for the count of inspection (grouping by the project), it is not showing me the latest inspection date (e.g. 02/02/21 for the green dot project). I have tried DAX measures but it isn't returning the correct dates. I believe it is formatting to this due to the date hierarchy, but I cannot make the date look at only when inspections occured.

Note: I am live connected, and it won't let me create DAX's with the date without a funciton before it. When I have tried ALL it says "a table of multiple values was supplied where a single value was expected".

If this does not help
Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
