Measure for LY sales based on another column.

Sorry for the bad subject name but not sure how to describe. I'll try to give a simplistic example of what I need to do.

Item	Item LY	Year	Sales
Apple1	Orange1	2023	10
Grape1	Banana1	2023	15
Orange1		2022	20
Banana1		2022	25

I currently have a powerpivot table that has Item and a TY Sales measure and an LY Sales measure. I want the LY measure to be based off the Item LY data but display with the Item. For example, I'd like the above for Apple1 to have a TY value (2023) value of 10 but have an LY (2022) value of 20.

Is this possible?
