    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is this possible for my current dataset to get the beginning employer per month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;current dataset i have the Hiredate and separation date this is for attrition report.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;End employee = (beg employee + new hires) - separations&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;img /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but the problem is how to get the previous end employee to be the beg employee for the next month?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thankyou.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
