Hello guys,

I have a list os customers numbers, and I need to create a dax to get me the number of Answered calls from customers who didn't call in 48 hours. This will give me a 100% first call resolution.

Below is the logic, which I already have the number of Answered calls and the Total answered, but how I can identify a number that called after 2 days from the 1st call?

Formula = Answered calls (didn’t call in 48h) / Total answered.

Many thanks!
