Esri Map Visual issue

Hi All, there is a strange situation. I have plenty of dashboard with same set of settings behind but there is one dashboard with this issue. I have attached two images in this topic.

Below is the Esri Map Visual display everytime we open the dashbaord.

What we actually want it to show as below.

I have already chekced the white one. The map is fine. There is the map but zooming out like no map was showing.

What can I do and how can I make sure the default map zoom level like the second one?

Hi @garyaysyl7777

I experienced a lot of issues with ESRI ArcGIS visual and all I can recommand here to you is to copy/paste (if you've not already tried) the visual that works and replace it with the one that doesn't work

If it doesn't work, check the parameters of the ESRI visual (join layers in any) and/or the visual properties (-> Location type)
