This is in reference to the existing Custom Visual: Tornado Chart

The source code is available on github:

Can anyone add a feature to set Data colors by Group (currently only supports by Legend).

I have a client who will fund this work if it can be completed by 15 April 2018. Please contact me and let me know your fixed price for this work.
