Scatter plot + efficiency barrier

Hello,

I'd like to plot the graphic below on Power BI (Scatter plot + efficiency barrier), these are KPI coming from Earned Values Analysis (Cost performance index + Schedule Performance index).

Can I use an exist visual or need I to create a spicific one?

That would be a great scenario for a custom Deneb visual.

Please provide sanitized sample data that fully covers your issue.

The values are simply: only CPI, SPI and a value for the dimension of bubble

You can edit the Deneb code and remove the related rule entry. see attached.

I'd like to have the bubble size in proportion with how big is the Value, like in the Bubble charts visual.

How can I set it?

I added some columns and renamed the already present. How can I adjust the report with minimum modification of code?

CPI and SPI was not modified, I want only show other fields (Outage ID, Agreement, JCE and SCT) when I pass the mouse on the bubble.
