Deneb - Dynamically set bin value based on measure

Hi,

Another Deneb question -

Is it possible to dynamically set the bin size for y axis based on user selection from a parameter.

I know i can set the max bins and step of a bin but not sure if this is a feature also having looked through the documentation.

Please provide a more detailed explanation of what you are aiming to achieve. What have you tried and where are you stuck? Can you provide some sample data and show the expected outcome?

Hi @DW868990

No, bins are not assignable to an expression or a field in either Vega-Lite or Vega. This would need to be a feature request with those languages before it could be implemented in Deneb.
