      <title>Text or URL Conditionally in Card</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have two columns, one contains an email address and the other contains a URL. If one has a value, the other is blank. I would like to display these in one visual (probably card), in the same location, and have the hyperlink active whenever a URL is displayed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(These actually came from the same column, which was just a text column that had email addresses or URLs depending on some condition. I just split them up by using the substring "@")&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Right now, I'm just using two cards stacked on top of each other, which works but doesn't seem like the best solution?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
