Word Cloud not working properly

Since the new formatting options went in with the Nov release, the Microsoft Word Cloud stopped working properly. I have it set with a list of about 45 potential words/phrases and a visualization filter of Top 25.

When I apply a filter that produces 0 data results, the word cloud should be blank, right?
When I apply a filter that produces 10 tickets, which contain perhaps 12 of the 100 keywords, it produces hundreds of word/phrases.
- When I create a table with the same keyword list, those filters show hundreds of results even though most are 0, which I understand since all of those entries basically tie so it shows them all, but the word cloud keyword may show a count of 2 or 3.
There also appears to be no way to change the font scaling besides making the box bigger. That ability used to exist.
There is also no option to not break phrases into individual words.

I know there are other quirks but the final thought is...it stopped working properly with the expanded formatting change.
