Has Anyone Made a Timeline Visual Like This?

I know that there is a timeline slicer in the community, but I am looking for something slightly different and was wondering if anyone has or would be willing to work on a timeline visual like the following?

There is a new ms timeline visualisation on its way that may do what you want. Preview was shown at the insight conference.
