Hey @Felipalestra09,

Based on your error, this is likely a permissions issue with map visuals. Try these steps:

1. Verify License

Check you have Power BI Pro (free licenses restrict map features)

2. Admin Settings

Admin Portal > Tenant settings > Integration settings
Enable "Use Map and Filled Map visuals"

3. Clear Browser Cache

Clear cache for app.powerbi.com
Try incognito mode or different browser

4. Regional Settings

File > Options > Regional Settings
Ensure locale matches your location (Brazil South)

5. Firewall Whitelist

Check with IT that these are allowed:
- *.analysis.windows.net
- *.powerbi.com
- *.mapbox.com

6. Re-add Visual

Delete map visual > Save > Refresh > Add new map

7. Data Privacy

File > Options > Data source settings
Set Privacy Level to "Organizational"
