Hello Power BI Community,

I’m looking for advice on managing groups of visuals across multiple reports in Power BI. Here’s my situation:

Scenario: I frequently create groups of visuals (e.g., bar charts, line charts, pie charts) that display different data but maintain the same structure and design. Currently, I have to manually copy each visual group and apply filters separately. Additionally, any updates to the visual design or structure must be manually replicated across all groups, which is time-consuming and prone to errors.

Desired Solution: I’m seeking a way to create a ‘Golden Group’ of visuals that can be referenced across multiple reports. The key functionalities I’m looking for include:

Centralized Updates: Any changes made to the visuals within the Golden Group should automatically reflect in all instances where the group is referenced.
Dynamic Filtering: The ability to apply different filters to each instance of the Golden Group, ensuring that the visuals display context-specific data while maintaining a consistent design and structure.
Ease of Use: A user-friendly method to create, manage, and reference Golden Groups without requiring extensive technical knowledge.

Example Use Case: Imagine I have a set of visuals that I use to display sales data for different regions. Currently, I need to copy this set of visuals for each region and apply the respective filters. If I decide to add a new visual or change the design of an existing visual, I have to manually update each set of visuals for all regions. With the Golden Group feature, I could create a master group of these visuals, apply region-specific filters to each instance, and any design changes would automatically propagate to all instances.

Question: Is there an existing solution or workaround in Power BI that can help achieve this functionality? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
