In the table visual, allow the opportunity to manage this by dragging a list of text measures onto a specific box of the Fields pane (below that of the Values one). This is absolutely a must have!!!!!!

I suggest to develop a "special version" of Report Builder integrated in Power BI Service. Datasources should be automatically configured in each report to access to existing PBI Workspace Datasets and a developer should be able to write dax queries to get data from them. Actually is very unhandy to print reports and everytime users must do it have to use a local Excel (using the odc connection) to do that in a efficient way.

Hi @Riccardo as you probably know, at this time only Pyramid Analytics supports PowerBI formats (with limitations) for on-premise rendering (but is Silverlight based). Considering that you are going to do more or less the same thing, why don't you build an on-premise solution that integrate PA and SSRS together? Don't you think that PBI will overlap SSRS mobile reports format generating confusion among users?

Considering that SQL Server 2016 Standard Edition allow the possibility to create SSAS Tabular models, can you confirm that PBI gateways will be able to connect both on MDM and Tabular 2016 SE databases?

I suggest to transform the checkbox "Enable refresh of this query" to a radio button with "Enable refresh..."+*"Disable Refresh..."* options, untied from the option "Enable load to report". If you check the "Disable" option you could refresh the query only manually and thus you can perform an incremental data load staging data in one or more disabled queries and combining them with which are enabled.

It would be great to be able to connect to a Power BI Service Dataset from PBI Dataflows, performing DAX queries. Even better if this would be possible from Power Query or any DAX client like DAX Studio. This should allow you to rationalize certain complex models and improve debugging capabilities.

Calcuated columns at visual level What about to add the possibility of creating calculated columns directly in each visual properties pane? In certain cases, measures have high calculation costs and for all of other measures that depends on these we need to multiply the time to have the data out. In these cases, it could be useful to have the possibilty to create calculated column at visual level that, behind the scene, will be calculated by using the ADDCOLUMNS DAX function. Example: I have these 3 measure: [Current] = [Previous] = Calculate Current with SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR [Previous %] = (Current - Previous)/(Previous) If i use these measure in a table behind the scene PBI generates a DAX statement like this: SUMMARIZECOLUMNS ( <...filters...> <...fields...> ,"Current",[current] ,"Previous",[previous] ,"Previous %",[previous %] ) Supposing Current takes 2,5 seconds to be calculated the final query should takes at least 7,5 seconds. Instead, If i had the possibility to create column at visual level, PBI could generate a DAX statement like this: ADDCOLUMNS( SUMMARIZECOLUMNS ( <...filters...> <...fields...> ,"Current",[current] ,"Previous",[previous] ) ,"Previous %",DIVIDE([current]-[previous],[previous]) ) that take 5 seconds to return the data.
