Power BI Report Server does not natively use Bootstrap or jQuery, but you can manually integrate them when embedding reports in a custom web application. The Power BI JavaScript Client SDK provides a powerbi.bootstrap method for better performance,Please refer to the following documentation for detailed information: Use bootstrap for performance in Power BI analytics | Microsoft Learn

As for the POST method, Power BI Report Server’s REST API supports POST requests for operations like uploading reports, managing items, and authentication.
