Embed PowerBI Online reports into custom web application

Hi,

I've been attempting to find information on how I'd target PowerBI online reports to embed into a custom application.

Currently have been using PowerBI embedded but would like to move away from it's limitations (DirectQuery on AzureSQL for 'live' data).

What i'm not too clear on, is how do I target the PBI Online workspace and return a list of reports to then embed?
