Hello. I think the best automated way to pull Twitter organic data and that also will save you a lot of time would be to pull data directly from the API. Since there's no built-in Twitter connector for PBI, you would have to use a 3rd party tool. I currently use Windsor.ai's Twitter connector and I haven't had any issue so far. In case you wonder, to make the connection first search for the Twitter connector in the data sources list:

After that, just grant access to your Twitter account using your credentials, then on preview and destination page you will see a preview of your Salesforce fields:

There just select the fields you need. Finally, just select PBI as your data destination and finally just copy and paste the url on PBI --> Get Data --> Web --> Paste the url.

Hi everyone,

I am looking to automate obtaining my personal twitter analytics. I have seen on the web I can connect via API and obtain general Twitter insights, but I am looking specifically to connect to my personal Analytics. I am aware of the manual way of obtaining CSV, as outlined in this tutorial, but I am looking for an automatic way.

Thank you for the help!!

Denisse

Hi ruesaint_denis ,

As far as I know, you can get personal Analytics through Engagement API.The Engagement API is a commercial API that is available through an Enterprise or annual subscription agreement. It may be more convenient for beginners of twitter api to export csv files.

Best Regards,
Liang
If this post helps, then please consider Accept it as the solution to help the other members find it more quickly.
