Send an email to particular person based on Value in PowerBI report

Hello everyone,

I have recently joined you, and I am very pleased how you are working here and solving the challenges..

I have a challenge to trigger Outlook mail from PowerBI report..

I have report, and one page is like a table, and I need to send email to person from one column if value in other column is <= 5.

You can take a look on the picture that I attached.

All persons from this report are inside our organizations, and their email addresses are in the powerquery within this report.

How did you get Power BI to trigger alert by looking at each row in table for one particular column?
