&lt;P&gt;According to my research, there is no more elegant way to export the personal/group storage info. You can consider selecting the data and copy and paste it into an excel file just as below screenshot, then connect this excel file in Power BI Desktop to create report if there is not a lot of data...&lt;img /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In addition, there are some similar ideas shared on &lt;A href="https://ideas.powerbi.com/ideas/" target="_self"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Power BI Ideas&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;, you can vote it up and add your comments there to improve Power BI on this feature.&lt;/P&gt;

In the Settings &amp;gt; Manage Personal Storage&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to extract the details (Name, Size Type, Last Refreshed, etc). I am trying to do a dashboard that shows statistics on workspaces&lt;/P&gt;</description>
