Hi jaltami,

You can configure the dataset permission to 'read', then these users can only view these contents and not able to edit. (notice: please also turn off the 'build' and 'share' options)

Build permission for shared datasets - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

BTW, power bi is a reporting tool used to design share visualization reports, it does not include writeback features to affect the source data.
Regards,

Hello,
I would like to know if there is any way to obtain the data of all the user permissions of the different reports.
I mean, the only way to know who has permission to view the reports, is through the "Advance" of "Manage Permissions" of each report?

Thank you!
