Creating a visual

Hi friends,

I want to create a visual where I can insert a value per custom measure, some custom text, and a custom image as shown in the screenshot. Please suggest some references how to achieve this or at least how to start working on this.

According to your requirement, you click here to insert images and text:

And you can use Card chart in power bi to show the value of measure , like this:

Move them to the right location, you can get what you want.
