Text Filter Visual not work after updating Power BI Report Server to the latest release (Sep 2019)

Hello,

After updating our Power BI Report Server from May 2019 to the latest release (September 2019.) Text filter custom visuals are no longer working in browser (Chrome & IE11.) They are working fine in Power BI Desktop (September 2019.)

Yep. We're having the same issues. Looks and works great after upgrade on the desktop, does not function at all on the Report Server.

Hi All,

The same issue observed as well.

Since I upgrade to September 2019. The Text filter stopped functioning immediately after the Server upgrade.

Tested after republishing with latest version of Text filter Version 1.1.0.0 by using May 2019 PBRS Desktop. Still doesn't work.

Is this issue with custom visual or Report Server upgrade?

Anyone from Microsoft to respond?

Hi All,

How long ago did you download September version?

5 days ago were released a new September version with fixes so, please check it.

It should be version 15.0.1102.646

Hi Evgenii,

I updated it today and uploaded the report to report server. The problem persists.

The visual works as intended on the desktop version and has worked all this time, problem is the report server.

When should we expect this problem to be addressed?
