topic Changing source of image from Ldrive to other sources in Custom Visuals Development Discussion

Hi, I am currently trying to change source of interactive images in our power BI dashboard from a L drive folder.

Because the table images retrieve the data from a data file, we can not set up auto refresh on them. So I am trying to remove them from file and find a way to directly load images in PBI while keeping the images to still interact with other elements of the dashboard.

Could you please help me with possible solutions with this?

One solution I thought could be using sharepoints but not sure if that is realizable.

Thank you!

Hi Anonymous</LI-USER>

Using SharePoint is a viable option. You can store your images in a SharePoint document library and link them in Power BI. What you are thinking is it's godd process. Apart of this I recommend you to follow some other options as mentioned below if your clients/business teams accpeted.

1) Azure Blob Storage is another robust solution for storing and accessing images.

2) OneDrive for Business is also a alternative option and it can be used to store images and link them in Power BI.

Thanks you!
